Food that followsthe seasons.
Swedish home cooking, made new: mushrooms from the forests of Hälsingland, pike-perch from Lake Mälaren and root vegetables from farms a short drive away. An evening by the water, by candlelight.
The autumn menu
What we are cooking right now.
The menu changes with what comes through the kitchen door. Everything is made from scratch, and most of it comes from farms and waters within 150 km.
