The menu changes with what comes through the kitchen door. Everything is made from scratch, and most of it comes from farms and waters within 150 km.

Chanterelle, smoked sour cream
Forest chanterelles from Hälsingland, browned butter, smoked sour cream and crisp rye bread.

Vendace roe and potato
Kalix vendace roe, red onion, smetana and dill oil on a crisp potato rösti.
GF - III
Pike-perch, white wine sauce
Pan-roasted pike-perch from Lake Mälaren, celeriac, horseradish and a sauce of white wine and butter.
GF - IV
Roe deer, blackcurrant
Medium-rare roe deer fillet from Södermanland, beetroot, juniper and a blackcurrant jus.
GF - V
Apple, oats, browned butter
Ingrid Marie apples from Ingarö, oat crumble, vanilla ice cream and caramelised butter.

The produce
Autumn in the pantry.
Almost everything comes from farms and waters within 100 km. The exception is the chanterelles: a friend picks them in Hälsingland.

Chairs by the quay, light on the tables.
The dining room seats 42 and the kitchen is open to the room, so you can see what is being cooked. In summer we set tables on the terrace by the water.
