Acceptance of Terms
Kiarrow is a brand operated by Kiarrow AB (company registration number 559441-8807). References to "Kiarrow", "we", or "us" in these terms mean Kiarrow AB. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Services ordered by a customer are also governed by the separate agreement made for that engagement.
Our Services
Kiarrow AB provides web design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services. The scope, deliverables, schedule, and price for services are set out in a separate quotation or project agreement.
Payment Terms
Published prices exclude VAT. Payment terms and exact scope are set out in a separate project agreement. Monthly website plans normally have a 12-month term, with website ownership transferring after full payment. Ongoing services are billed in advance, and advertising spend and third-party costs are separate unless agreed otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
Kiarrow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
